3. Sharia Soft Skill Training

Sharia Selling Skill Training The training is designed for front liners and marketing people in sharia industry to be able to sell sharia products and explore its value added for customer. The training will cover effective selling behavior, including the implementation of cross selling, up selling principal. Sharia Service Excellent Training The training is designed for front liners to improve their performance based on the culture of Islamic financial services. The methodology applied for this training are “coaching” as constructive fundamental, role play, and communication skill workshop.

Sharia Banking Financing Analysis Training The training will cover financial report analysis of customer that consist of cash flow analysis, financial risk analysis, including industry blind test analysis. The training will provide the cases of financing feasibility study, tenor, etc.

5. Sharia Banking Financing Restructuring Training

The training will cover sharia financing restructuring in terms of fiqh aspect, legal aspect, accounting aspect, and regulation aspect. This training will provide case study of financing restructuring in sharia bank.
